Consequently we have evolved into Australia’s premier manufacturing welding company. Duplex & Super Duplex (Zeron 100)In 1995 we built one of the largest Zeron 100 Pressure Vessels in the
Southern Hemisphere, welding a 28mm thick 100 tonne structure. TitaniumOur experience in Titanium is extensive having worked with Grades 1, 2, 7 and 12, producing Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels and Pipe Spooling, in excess of 15 years. Chrome MolyWe work in all grades of this, having built pressure vessels, heat exchangers and special spooling. In 2003 we fabricated Reformer Coils for Exxon Mobil with 4 dissimilar weld techniques and a maximum hardness requirement of 260 BHN. Nickel AlloysInconel 600, 601, 639 & 800, Incolloy’s, Monel and Hastelloy belong to
the same group of metals. They are all difficult to weld. Weld Procedure Development.The table below gives an outline of the procedures we currently have qualified, we continue to regularly develop new weld procedures and have 350 + (and growing) in our library.
