Inspection

Skid mounted vessel packages are received and checked.
All pipework, instrumentation and valving is removed, tested and inspected. The Pressure Vessels are then cleaned and thickness checked.

Engineered Retrofits

Where skids need to be altered to suit a different service regime Specialised Welding consults the customer to determine the requirements, re-engineer to the appropriate code, have the design changes verified and registered by the appropriate regulatory body.

Repair & Re-certification

Specialised Welding has the skills and infrastructure to complete all repairs and re-certification in house.

Minimum Turnaround

A permanent two shifts per day work programme ensures that equipment is returned in the shortest possible time.
