Our pressure testing experience and capacity is extensive, having 20,000psig testing facilities.

We are a NATA accredited laboratory and approved to ISO 9001 for Pressure Testing.

Gases

We pressure test using Air, Nitrogen and Helium using state of the art gas detection monitors.

Printed Circuit Board heat exchangers are regularly tested and inspected to determine failed areas, mainly using Helium and mass spectrometers to determine the precise location of failed track.

Welded plugging of these passing areas takes place and it is then re-tested to prove the repair.

Fluid

Water and De-mineralised Water are the most common fluids used during pressure testing of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and Pipe Spooling.

Some valves that are used in Hydrocarbon service are tested using Hydraulic Oil to prevent contamination

Submerged

In special circumstances we test some items submerged in a tank to replicate subsea working conditions.
